1) GENERAL INFORMATION
The web shop found on the web site [www.addax.be] (the “Web Shop”) is run by Addax, a legal entity incorporated in Belgium with company registration number BE0440.561.627, Bissegemstraat 239, B-
8560 Gullegem (below referred to as ”ADDAX”).
If you are below 18 years of age you need permission from your guardian to place an order in the Web
Shop. By using the Web Shop and/or placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions (the
”General Terms and Conditions”).
Addax reserves the right to – from time to time – amend these General Terms and Conditions and any
changes Addax makes will enter into force no earlier than thirty (30) days after the revised General Terms
and Conditions have been made available on the Web Shop.
2) PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
All prices shown in the Web Shop include Value Added Tax of 21%, but exclude delivery charges (see
exact charges below). Please note that ADDAX does not compensate any local customs duties, local VAT
on imports or similar fees which may be added to deliveries outside of Belgium. No additional taxes or
charges, other than those listed on your order or mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions, will
be added when you complete your purchase.
If the VAT is changed, Addax reserves the right to adjust its prices and charges by a corresponding amount. Further, Addax reserves the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange
rate fluctuations which make listed prices incorrect. Addax also reserves the right to make running
adjustments to prices and cancel products and/or orders in case stock of particular products is sold out.
Addax also reserves the right for any printing or typographical errors on the Web Shop.
Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid unless otherwise stated, as long as the products are
available in stock and/or until the end date is reached under the terms specified in each offer/campaign.
3) ORDERING AND CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE
After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation of the purchase to the e-mail address
provided by you at the time of the placing of your order. The confirmation will be sent to you within
reasonable time and no later than at the time of delivery of the purchased product/s.
4) DELIVERY
• When you order for less than 148,76 euro without VAT, we will charge you an extra of 7,44 euro
without VAT.
• When you order for more than 148,76 euro without VAT, we will not charge you extra costs.
• We make it our mission to deliver everything in one time. If this is not possible, we will send you
the available goods. You will receive the remaining goods once everything is available. Important
to know, if you have to pay cost of shipping and not everything is available then you will only
once be charged with the costs of shipping.
5) UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If you do not pick up your purchased product at the service point, Addax will charge you for the actual
costs for freight charges and return freight charges.

7) CANCELLATIONS, REPLACEMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
Please note that if you wish to cancel, replace or complain about a product that you have purchased, you
stand the risk for the transportation of the product back to Addax – Bissegemstraat 239 – 8560 Gullegem.
This means that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the product during the transportation of the
product to Addax. Addax recommends you to always save the receipt until the return of your product has
been completed.
Cancellations and replacements
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased you have the right to cancel the purchase
within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.
• Retours have to happen within 7 workdays.
• You need to notify us via mail: sales@addax.be in advance so we can start to make the necessary
adjustments.
• Goods can only be send back when they are still in the original packing.
• Goods that were specially ordered for you of specially made for you can not be returned. Goods that
we personalize for you can also not be send back.
• When you decide to send certain goods back, send them to us, already paid for the delivery costs.

• Addax Bvba will not accept returned goods if the delivery costs are not already paid for. After
receiving the goods we will contact you what to do next. Addax bvba will not give money back
but you will most likely get an gift voucher.
• If we hit problems only the courts of Kortrijk can help us.
• If you order something, you automatically accept our terms and conditions that are mentioned here and above. The buyer can not demand his own terms and conditions.
• We remain the rightful holder of the goods until the moment that everything is paid for.
Please note that Addax will not compensate you for any return freight charges. Further, if your handling
of the product that you have purchased has resulted in a decreased value of the product, Addax will make
a deduction of the refund corresponding to the amount of the loss of value of the product.
If you request a replacement of your purchased product and Addax has the replacement product in stock.
8) LINKS
The Web Shop may, from time to time, contain links to or from other web sites, which are not controlled
by Addax. Although Addax will do its utmost to make sure that the links on the Web Shop only transfers
you to web sites which share Addax’s safety and confidentiality standards, Addax cannot be held
responsible for the protection or confidentiality of any data that you may submit on these third party web
sites. Before submitting information on such web sites, Addax recommends that you read the privacy
notices and other statements or policies found on these web sites.
9) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
In order to be able to use and place an order in the Web Shop by making use of your computer, iPhone,
iPad, Android or other device, there may be certain technical requirements. You may, for example, need
to install certain software, such as any regular web browser. If your device does not meet the technical
requirements, you will, via pop-up boxes or similar, get information about what software or the like that
you will need to install in order to use and to place an order in the Web Shop.
10) AVAILABILITY
Addax’s aim is to make the Web Shop work satisfactory at all times. However, the Web Shop is provided
as it is and with the quality it has.
Addax does not claim that the Web Shop is appropriate or even that it can be used outside of Sweden,
Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Italy and Spain.
11) GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE SOLUTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of or purchase from the
Web Shop and/or these General Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof,
shall at first instance be settled by the District Court of Kortrijk – Belgium. This applies to any claim
involving Addax or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors,
telecommunication providers and content providers.
12) INVALIDITY
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions or part thereof be void or invalid, the other
provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force and the clause may be amended
to the extent such invalidity materially affects the rights or obligations of you or Addax under these
General Terms and Conditions.
